Non-Residents and Want a D.C. Medical Card?
Non-DC residents can apply for a temporary patient registration by completing a quick online form and self-certifying that they will use cannabis for valid medical purposes. The process, including registration and payment, takes about 10 minutes. DC also honors reciprocity for valid medical cards from other U.S. states or territories.

If I am visiting D.C. from another state and I purchase a D.C. medical card, where can I receive my delivery?
Medical patients can receive delivery at any D.C. residence and most commercial properties, such as hotels and dine-in restaurants. Deliveries must be received at the door or inside the lobby area. Delivery to sidewalks or curbside is not permitted.
What kinds of products can I buy?
Vibez offers a wide selection of products including flower, edibles, concentrates, tinctures, and topicals to help patients find the right effect. All products are made in D.C. and meet high-quality standards.
What payment types are accepted?
Vibez currently accepts cash only. Other forms of payment will be accepted soon.
Can someone else receive my order for me?
No, orders must be delivered to the individual whose medical ID was used to place the order. Designated caregivers must use their caregiver medical ID when ordering on behalf of a patient.

Will my job know if I get a medical card?
No, your medical cannabis registration is confidential and stored securely by D.C.'s Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Administration (ABCA). It is not part of any public record and can only be accessed via court order. You can review the confidentiality laws under Title 22-C of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations.
